Deposit of 20% is required to secure reservation and must be received within 14 days of confirmation.

Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.

No credit cards accepted.

For cancellation made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposit is refundable, less cancellation charge of $50.

For cancellation within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be retained.

Cancellation on or after arrival date, all funds will be retained. If the space is re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
